Canceling an Order
Can I cancel an order?
Yes--as long as it hasn't shipped. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed we pick and pack the order for imediate shipment. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you, but our order representatives will work just as rapidly to resolve errors and process returns.

Is your e-commerce checkout safe and secure?
Absolutely! Runnerschance.com is powered by Yahoo Merchant Solution servers which use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to communicate customer's personal information directly to our payment processor. Once your payment method is approved, the shipping details you provided during checkout are instantly sent through our UPS account to have the label printed. Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account? In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address you provided during checkout differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that the information you provided was correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards, as well as Paypal through our online store. For retail account we invoice with negotiable terms, call your account director for details.
Product availability
Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on your site?
Our order fulfillment experts forecast sales three months out using the principles the Poisson Model to determine our recommended storage quantity, reorder time, and economic order quantity. In situations where product demand is growing rapidly there can be a short lapse between our on hand inventory and our orders in queue. Because of the standing relationships with our manufacturers, these shortcomings can be corrected with a limited delay in service, allowing our business to keep stride with the growing demand rather than turn away prospective customers.
Sales tax
Does Runnerschance.com charge sales tax?
State laws require that Internet retailers collect sales tax in states where the company has its base operation. Peoria Performance Pharmaceutical headquarters are in the heart of Illinois. Subsequently we are required to collect applicable state taxes (6.5%).
UPC (Universal Product Code)
Will Runner's Chance work with our store inventory system or will we need to tag it manually?
The Runner's Chance label includes a bar coded UPC registered with GS1, the single organization dedicated to the design and implementation of standards and solutions to improve the efficiency and visibility of supply and demand chains globally and across multiple sectors. The GS1 System of standards is the most widely used supply chain standards system in the world. If you have a bar code scanner, Runner's Chance will register in your system. .
Quality / Insurance
Are there any quality certifications or standards that your manufacturers maintain?
Peoria Performance Pharmaceutical LLC has documentation available upon request that guarantees the manufacturing practices and conditions upheld at our production facilities.
Assume that something does go wrong, do you have any financial protection in place?

Great question, while we have invested a great amount of time and care in the development of Runner's ChanceTM, it is only prudent that our product carry with it a General Liability Insurance policy of $6 Million dollars to protect both ourselves and our customers from unforeseen complications.
